1. Acceptance of Terms

By using puppyforadoption.com and submitting any inquiry or adoption form you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These terms apply to all users of the website including browsers, customers and contributors of content.

2. Our Services

Puppy Adoption Service operates as a collective platform connecting verified reputable breeders with families seeking to adopt AKC registered puppies. We are not a rescue organization, shelter or classified advertising service.

We provide the following services:

• A platform to browse available AKC registered puppies from verified breeders
• A contact form system to submit adoption inquiries
• Coordination of the adoption process between families and breeders
• Arrangement of delivery or pickup of adopted puppies
• Customer support throughout the adoption process

Puppy Adoption Service acts as an intermediary between breeders and adopting families. The actual sale and transfer of the puppy is between the breeder and the adopting family.

3. Adoption Fees & Payment

Adoption fees range from $300 to $500 depending on the breed. All fees are clearly displayed on each puppy listing. The adoption fee is all-inclusive and covers:

• AKC registration papers
• All age-appropriate vaccinations
• Deworming treatment
• Licensed veterinary health check and certificate
• Complete health records

Delivery fees are separate from the adoption fee and vary based on distance. The exact delivery fee is provided when our team contacts you after your inquiry.

All payments are final once the adoption is confirmed. Adoption fees are generally non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

4. Delivery & Pickup

After payment is confirmed we offer two options to receive your puppy:

• Home Delivery: Available to all 48 contiguous United States. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 days. Delivery fees are separate and provided upon confirmation.
• Local Pickup: Available from breeder locations across all 48 states. Pickup is arranged directly with the breeder after payment.

Puppy Adoption Service is not responsible for any delays caused by weather, unforeseen circumstances or events outside our control during delivery. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to resolve them as quickly as possible.

5. Health Guarantee

All puppies are vaccinated, dewormed and examined by a licensed veterinarian before adoption. Complete health records are provided with every puppy.

We strongly recommend scheduling a veterinary appointment within 5 to 7 days of receiving your puppy. The adopting family is responsible for ongoing veterinary care after the adoption is complete.

While we take every precaution to ensure the health of every puppy we cannot guarantee against conditions that may develop after adoption. Puppy Adoption Service and our breeders are not liable for veterinary costs incurred after the adoption is complete unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law Puppy Adoption Service and its breeders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use our website or services
• Any health conditions developing in a puppy after adoption
• Any delays in delivery beyond our reasonable control
• Any actions or omissions of individual breeders in our collective

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the adoption fee paid for the specific puppy in question.

7. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal information.

8. User Conduct

By using our website you agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information in any contact form
• Use our platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website
• Interfere with the proper operation of our website
• Resell or transfer any puppy obtained through our platform for profit
• Misrepresent your identity or intentions when submitting an inquiry

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these conduct standards or who we believe poses a risk to the welfare of our puppies.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
