Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all visitors users and adoptees of PuppyForAdoption.com.

Our Service

Puppy Adoption Service is a collective of verified reputable breeders offering AKC registered puppies to loving families across all 48 contiguous United States. We facilitate connections between adopting families and our breeder collective members.

We are not a rescue organization not a pet store and not a puppy mill. All puppies are sourced exclusively from our vetted breeder collective.

Adoption Process

• Submitting an inquiry form does not guarantee or reserve a puppy
• Adoptions are confirmed only after payment of the adoption fee
• We reserve the right to decline any adoption application
• Puppy details including photos age and description are provided in good faith and may vary slightly

Fees & Payment

• Adoption fees range from $300 to $500 depending on breed
• Fees include AKC registration vaccinations deworming and veterinary health check
• Delivery fees are separate and vary by distance
• All fees are in US Dollars
• Adoption fees are non-refundable once the adoption is confirmed and payment is processed unless we are unable to deliver the specific puppy

Health Guarantee

Every puppy is vaccinated dewormed and examined by a licensed veterinarian before adoption. A health certificate is provided. We warrant that every puppy is healthy at the time of adoption. If your puppy is found to have a pre-existing condition diagnosed by a veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery please contact us immediately.

Delivery

• Delivery is available across all 48 contiguous states
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary
• A responsible adult must be available to receive the puppy at delivery
• International delivery arrangements are subject to customs and import regulations

Limitation of Liability

Puppy Adoption Service shall not be liable for any indirect incidental special consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the adoption fee paid.

We make no warranties regarding the temperament behavior or long-term health of any puppy beyond the initial health guarantee period.
